Overview

This is a development property project. Existing stucture must be removed except for the 4 family brick row house in front. It is currently in the Morris Canal development area. An application has been submitted to rezone to South District 1/2 block West, which would bring it to as of right 8 stories. Current usage 4 stories. Exceptions: Maximus Funds Richard Furgerson and the second one in Mike Mecca. The owner had an environmental study done, and there are no existing environmental issues.
